Driver Information

Owner Operator Applicants must have these documents when applying:

Class "A" driver license with hazardous materials and doubles/triples endorsement.
Current DMV print out (no more than 30 days old)
Medical card and medical long form
Social Security Card
Current Registration
Carrier Permit (or must complete application)
CA # and or B.I.T. information (or must complete application)

Minimum of 3 years reference checks, 7 years if driving for a total of 10 years driving experience in types of equipment your applying for.
